Cannot stand being lied to!
I received the ring in good time but couldn’t find a hallmark (I may have missed it my eyesight isn’t that good). The guarantee card didn’t stare the quality of the stone either. I was told to return it and they would deal with it and issue a correct guarantee card since then I have heard nothing from them, I have phoned time and again. On one occasion I was told the ring was in the post. Two weeks later I am told exactly the same! Still waiting

7+ months of hell.
After 7+ months I was finally refunded £79.99.using my bank. After 112+ emails to/from TJC/Citizens Advice/Trading Standards & my bank, I was put through hell. TJC promised to refund me but never, sent earrings back 3 times & 3 times returned to me. The diamonds in the earrings were chipped/scratched & said I'd worn them, I hadn't. At the time I was going through cancer treatment/mastectomy/radiotherapy & I told them but to no avail, even though it has nothing to do with it, I felt even more stressed. I will never ever buy from this company again as they, to me, are cold, heartless & unfeeling. Almost 7 months of sheer needless hell from TJC. If I could've, I wouldn't have 'awarded' a star rating as to me they deserve no rating. This company thoroughly disgusts me & how they've treat me. I bought lots of jewellery from them but no more. Have had more than enough from them. They knew what I was going through + they knew what they were putting me through, I have all the emails. Even Citizens Advice/Trading Standards got no joy so had to claim from my bank in the end. More needless stress at a time I could've well done without. No I don't recommend TJC whatsoever! Also their Customer Service stinks! No help at all from them, butting in & calling me Madam. Couldn't really understand the man I was talking to either. Just totally fed up with the whole shooting match!

Never again.
Just received an item via Amazon from the Jewellery Chanel. The size was too small and not the size I had ordered. Even the size on the packaging was not the size ordered.

Regrettably, I now have to trek miles to the nearest post office or arrange my own collection for return, pay then claim it back from Amazon.

It really does make you wonder why some companies have successfully adapted to online sales whilst others are pretty pathetic and a waste of time.

Never again for this company.

Hi I have had a lot of jewellery perfume and other items and so far it has been good but don't be fooled into thinking g you get something for nothing always remember they are a business and out to make money FROM YOU

Dissatisfied with customer service
Placed order, received email stating on its way. Nothing arrived, so I called customer services to be told has been put through for a refund as out of stock. When I said I had received an item on its way email, I was then told it was maybe cancelled because of a quality check in the warehouse. Had I not phoned, I wouldn't be notified of anything. I would not order again from TJC. Terrible customer service.

Purchaced a beautiful peridot ring…
Purchaced a beautiful peridot ring approximately 6 months ago, and I've only worn it a few times but unfortunately the peridot central stone which was bezel set has fallen out! I know that tjc wouldn't do anything so not even bothering contacting them. I'm taking it to a reputable jeweller to have it reset. Have taken other pieces to a jeweller previously and I won't post what they said about the quality of the products.

I wrote a review headed DON'T BUY FROM TJC BEFORE READING THIS.

I have been trying since 22/12/21 to get a refund on a £1499 ring and like many others told not to worry your refund is being sorted, only to be told once I threaten legal action that they haven't got it.
It seems your returned items are safe, unless tjc staff take a fancy to them and then there not.
For all you that post you have been buying from tjc for a long time and how wonderful there customers service is and how you have never had a problem and how your part of "The Tjc family" as they like to refer to there customers as, well that was me until now, now they are showing there true colours.
I posted my first review about this 2 days ago. Tjc posted the same post as the emails I have been getting for them for months asking me to wait 24/48 and someone will contact me, well TJC YOUR 48 HOURS IS UP AND NO CONTACT FROM YOU.
I will keep posting these reviews.

PROFOUNDLY DISAPPOINTED
I ordered a ring over £125 & then found it on the auction site for less than a quarter of the price. I sent it back and also a second ring. I cancelled a tennis bracelet, no longer wishing to do business with such a company. I was promised a refund of my postage and 25 A4 pages of e mails later, I am still no better off. I have had refunds for the cost of the jewellery plus p&p but they now owe me £6.85. They have ducked and dived and ignored my request many times over. They have told me they have initiated a refund but when I check with my bank, this is not the case, in short - untrue! I SHALL NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN. Their customer service is, in my opinion, appalling and next to non-existent. I feel they have been disrespectful in the extreme, now referring to me only by my surname (incorrect spelling) In my opinion, I think it would be better to pay a little more and buy from a more reputable company in future.

After 6 weeks emails and phone calls in…
After 6 weeks emails and phone calls in which they admitted that they sent me wrong earrings, today t received the same item back. In my last phone call they said your refund has been approved and you will receive
money on your card. Tjc has gone back on its word. I have come to the conclusion that Tjc management and Customer service is full of incompetent liars.
I strongly suggest that people should spend a little more money and buy from a reasonable, respectable and honest company.

Refund Lies
Been waiting Weeks on refunds for three different items. 3 phone calls about 20 emails and nobody can help me with whete my refunds are. They have been initiated weeks ago apparently but I haven't received them. Lies upon lies upon lies told to me so many times I think that they actually believe their own lies.
Customer services are clearly reading from a script and just repeat themselves over and over again. My case has apparently been escalated God know his many times now but nobody ever gets back to me.
DO NOT buy from this company

Do not under any circumstances buy anything from this company. They will say they have sent something and when you check the Royal mail tracking app they are still waiting for it. I ordered a £79.99 item on 24th November. They said it had been dispatched on 29th November. Royal Mail still have not received it. Although I would bet that Royal mail collect directly from TJC so saying it has been dispatched is a LIE.
They ignore any contacts and their 'Agents' are never available. Next stop is the County Court.
Just look at the sheer number of bad reviews these people get! They should not and will not be allowed to get away with this.

I know exactly what you mean I myself have had the same problem with them saying things have been sent out when they have not, and because of the expensive ring and am talking expensive ring even in one of there Lyrique boxes, so you can imagine it was an expensive one , iv also put things in my basket when they first started the selling of am item then gone to pay and it’s said out of stock yet I was first in to buy the item, am absolutely disgusted with them, And like you I have been a loyal customer over the years, Then all of a sudden I started getting the wrong things sent or a different colour to what was ordered, but this expensive ring is the last straw, Also like yourself it has made me ill as the stress has brought on an angina attack, I already have a stent in my heart so could do without all the stress but like you say their not bothered because they’ve got your money and your goods, so I think the only way forward is to take them to court and have their bad service put in the newspapers to worn other people of the very bad service, and couldn’t careless attitude you get when trying to sort it out, they’ve lost my ring their end so they’re the ones who should refund without causing all this stress to people, I hope you get yours sorted out as everyone else who is under a lot of stress because of this very bad comp. if I don’t get it resolved by the beginning of next week , Then am afraid I will be taken this matter higher,

This company has caused me much stress…
This company has caused me much stress and has made me ill.
In August I ordered two kunzite rings one was cancelled as they were out of stock. The second did not arrive but
it appeared on the same packing note as a set of sheets I ordered, the sheets arrived but not the ring there was a note saying the rest of the order would be sent in another package. They refuse to refund me saying first that it was sent with sheets and then saying I had been refunded. I was refunded £159.00 for the cancelled ring but NOT for the missing ring. On the 29th August I ordered a strand of pearls, again they were on
the dispatch note but not in the package. After many emails and letters, I eventually contacted the MD, I was told I had been refunded but I have been informed by my bank that no credit of £55.99 has been refunded. I could go on but the whole thing wears me out. On the
10th October I placed an order totalling £48.93 this remained as invoiced, meaning it had not been dispatched for a month. Royal Mail was informed that the package was on its way to them, but it was not received by them. Order DW3464104 dated 20th November was for five items, one was sent but the other items have not arrived. I don’t want insincere apologies I want my items or refunds. I am not alone
this has been a problem for many customers and TJC
should not be allowed to treat customers like this. I would also like to say that quite a few lower priced items failed to arrive but it is too much trouble to try
and get refunded for these. The last straw for me was ordering a Lustro Stella ring, the box arrived but not the ring, TJC has not replied to my complaint Amazon Prime, the carriers, have said TJC should contact them in order to establish if the ring.had been taken or was I sent an empty box

Finally received my item 12 days after…
Finally received my item 12 days after ordering. Along with an invoice which states £1 for delivery ? I paid £5.99 for delivery which is not an acceptable amount for such a small item that failed to arrive after the occasion it was purchased for.
